Positive: The stay was all in all a special experience. The owner was very friendly. Got a pick up by boat of course from the harbour and a little tour through the neighbourhood. It was amazing to watch the sunset from our privat balkony.

Positive: Wonderful stay in this magical space with a family. Lena was a wonderful host - kind, great cook, flexible and caring. Her two dogs were cuddly and friendly.
Summary: Stay with Lena and her family and avoid the Uros overtourisn reputation and experience the magic of the islands.

Positive: Breakfast, lunch and dinner were great. The staff was amazing, super friendly, helpful and very communicative. The dogs and the cat were lovely too. I highly recommend this place when staying on one of the Uros islands.

Positive: Lina is an excellent host, very attentive and accommodating. The location is great, it is a unique location and a comfortable place to chill. The bed is cozy and comfortable.
Negative: The cabin is unheated and uninsulated, the outside/inside temperature can be quite chilly. The bathroom is essentially glamping. The water is odorous, the toilet is VERY basic, the doorway to the bathroom is short, I banged my head on the top doorframe a few times, if you're >5'10" it is easy to forget to duck when your going into the bathroom. Compared to other places I stayed in Peru, I think this was over-priced.
Summary: A unique location good for a short stay.
